At Poggiolino Montemurlo we grow untreated citrus fruits (oranges and lemons) and ancient fruit trees, such as jujubes and quinces. Our jams have the taste of freshly picked fruit and contain a pure and unique flavour that is now forgotten. Our jams are made with passion from harvesting to bottling, as in the past, in a completely natural way, with a minimum of sugar and natural pectin. We also use the juice of our untreated lemons.
